Reading of
The Declaration of Independence!
This 4th of July, our Chaplain of Veterans of Arizona City, was our host of the Veterans of Arizona City 1st Annual 4th of July public reading of The Declaration of Independence, just as it was done in Independence Square, Philadelphia, Pa back in 1776.
This event took place in the Gospel Light Ministry Church, 13350 S Sunland Gin Rd, Arizona City, Az 85123 on the 4th of July.
The church and hall was filled with Patriots and the Spirit endowed upon us by this famous proclamation! There were multiple readers, along with an opening statements from Pinal County Recorder, Dana Lewis (Veteran), Pinal County Sheriff's Department, Lt Ross Teeple. (Veteran) and from Lt Allen Rogers, representing the Arizona Rangers and the Arizona City Fire District (Chaplain and board member).
This "High Spirited" crowd lingered for well over an hour and a half after the event to network and get to know one another! So many new friend for all!
