We are proud to announce:
Welcome To Veterans of Arizona City!
Veterans of Arizona City began forming prior to the Memorial Day Parade in May of the year 2021. We're in the building process, we hope to recollect pictures of gathers to organize and events to provide you with a better history of the evolution to becoming "Veterans of Arizona City."
The purpose and goals of Veterans of Arizona City started as and remains focused on creating a visible presence in the community of our large Veteran population, but more so, providing Arizona City residents, especially our community's children with some of the traditional patriotic activities all too often missing in census designated communities.
First, was the restoration of a Memorial Day Parade, followed by a 4th of July Parade and a Veterans Day Parade. All happened in 2021, 2022 and now, plans are already underway for the best ever Memorial Day Parade, enhanced by the near complete Sunland Gin Road Project!
future meetings:
All are scheduled at the Arizona City Fire District on Sunland Gin Rd.
